Annemie Wyckmans (JP SC) selected as Mission Innovation Champion

Annemie Wyckmans, Professor at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and JP Coordinator for JP Smart Cities, has been awarded the Mission Innovation Champion prize.
Not only the Coordinator of JP Smart Cities, professor Wyckmans is head of the NTNU Smart Sustainable Cities platform.
The award is conferred annually by Mission Innovation, a global initiative launched at the Paris Climate Summit in 2015. The Mission Innovation Champion is awarded to individuals working on key clean energy research and technology developments. The Champions are selected based on their achievements as outstanding researchers and innovators who have developed the products and services of the future the world needs to address climate challenges.
